2020 for me was an acknowledgment of all the hard work I did from 2015-2019/10 and then the extra work I did until COVID hit.

2020 has had no impact and I even had a tornado do a direct hit to my farm the same weekend as American went deeper into hell with the killing of the black man by the police.


I unpacked and dealt with rape and sexual assault, and neglect and abuse, male fragility and the complete ejection of the toxic culture of masculinity.

All of it.

I spent thousands of dollars and thousands of hours rebuilding my masculinity and sexuality and work

So if a person is overwhelmed, understand "it is ok". Check every bias and stereotype you have, get the therapy, and work on it.

Talk, write, get therapy, and work on it as your life depends on it. Look at doing activities in which that give you strength and hope, and shun those things that don't.

Think Globally, act locally, and if you really desire to change bigger things, work through with people in your area for which you can see in person.

Don't consume toxic media and people or those that mock or meme it up. Support media organizations that print and read and also don't be a bigot or prejudiced.

That means racial, sex, AND political.
