A very hard thing is when one can do is deal with the anger and damage inspired by fear by oneself away from everyone. The hardest thing one can do is after you conquer those demons is to not use your own weapons you used on those demons on others, and to take down the walls that were put up to shield the broken person inside.

This process of "adulting up" is an educational and very painful process.

If one is to tie political positions as some folks like to do, one isn't conservative if they attack another, and one is not liberal and open-minded and hearted if they do.
