All of this and so much more. It is amazing how much energy we devote in our lives to maintain the walls and boxes to compartmentalize the shit.

It was funny. You know how people drink they get a certain persona? For me I was super happy Al. The more I drank the happier I got.

It took a while to realize it was because I no longer had to keep up the walls.

So when I meet new people in my life, I ask myself why does this person interest me. What in them makes them attractive as a friend?

Now with this article I figured it out. We have similar life hell experiences that we travelled down. I am gaining confidence in myself for the things I am doing, so just remember how awesome you are for winning the battle against the same demons that I have fought against.

People should stop living with jealous and projecting shame and learn to love and help one another. If people did, sex and love would be the norm and everyone would be happier.
