Do you believe in equality between the sexes *yes or no".

Ok, feminism is about equality of the sexes and working towards this goal given women have been disadvantaged for most of their lives.

So if a = b and b = c ....

One can state they ware a humanist, but then it is minimizing where women have had to fight, while being blind to one's own privilege.

When women are safe and secure and the threats are minimized to blindness (as the guy shows), then while we continue the work on it, then men can be given the space to work on authentic masculinity, and women should be there to support that.

I do believe there will be a time in Gen X timeframe where women can achieve these views. The issue will be for those women that deeply desire men, men will not be there and ready fully formed. At this point, they will need to learn another level of patience and empathy for those guys actively working on it.

Men have generations of work to do, and quite a few frankly won't make it in this cycle and that crosses the Gen X/Y/Z divide.

So if society desires an acceleration it will be uber critical that gender studies and what not be done in the most sensitive and respectful manners.

We can start with the fact that boys are touched less when they are born, and working on better patterns throughout the "adulting" process.
