An Awakening

Girl wakes up and looks at the clock
Time is passing and the end is one day to the end is near
Looks away and see’s her heart most dear

Feels the love, the warmth and the beautiful face
But realizes something wrong is in this place
Very sure, but not clear of the time or place

She closes her eyes thinking this is a weird dream
She sees a beautiful girl and boy talking in a field
The boy bounces I need set free
To be with whom I want to be

The girls sighs and says my dear it should never be
The boy says no it isn’t just right
Why me, why not, why not tonight
The girls steps back and says allright

He looks and smiles and says
You won’t regret it
We will both be free

The girls says ok
Maybe it is meant to be

He runs back after a night and says oh my
I know what I have missed
Let this never be the last time.

The girl gets curious and says
What is that …
You need to be with me to see
Where we are at

The girl sees his confidence
And the warmth in his smile
Says damn you are right
Let me see for the first time

The woman wakes up with a wetness and a thought
She sees her love to the left
And her new love to the right

It was at this point she smiled and thinks
My god I am a goddess
Only the sad calls me a freak

(Enjoy)
