Great information here. I have always with every partner I have had have done #2.

Initially I would request they take their hands and hair and place it on top of their head, then I would take my fingers and lightly play with their hairs in this area.

I would then use my tonque and blow ever so softly on it. 60% of the time she would shiver, some would drop their hands and hair.

I would say tsk tsk tsk. We have to start this all over again.
