Great responses. My only extra advice is women need to appreciate that given limited social conditioning and programming quite a few men have strong limits and capacity that takes time to grow. Plus the longer a man takes to change like learning a language takes more time.

I know it has happened to me where mentally a lock up happens. The issue is if pushed too hard it leads to a decrease in trust and it piles up.

Then you have some guys who will over share, and as you call about mystery ... It leads to a toxic backlash which will reduce trust.

This leads to the stoic and lies women are used to ... Women should feel safe and secure, but also if a woman is threatened by a guys female friends it basically lays out a hypocritical setup saying I don't trust you.

Relationships are hard no doubt especially heterosexual ones. The threads of commonality are limited, so a lot of trust and talking are required.
