I am deeply against Texas SB8 and what was released by SCOTUS was horrible.

The issue is you are force sterlizing 5-10% of the population. This is eugenics. Vasectomies as men age also become harder to reverse the longer it goes.

My fix for this legislative and law issue is this. A woman that is forced to have a child, can give it up at birth and the father is required to pick it up and her expenses. If he doesn't he is marked a felon and jailed for the length of the child's life.

All men would be required to submit DNA to allow babies to be tested for paternity.

Men could be protected too with this, if a woman is found to have a child that isn't the man's without his consent, it should allow 100% revocation of any marriages and parental accountability.

On the vasectomy front, male birth control pills and sperm testing could be implemented if women wanted additional safety.

There are also special IUDs that could be looked at that say dissolve over say 20-30 years maybe.

Men do need to own up on the birth control front.

But the funny and ironic unintended consequence in that future could be a shift in the reproductive power. Picture men being asked to reverse it by their female partners, and them saying ... um no.

The other aspect can you picture men's desires to wear condoms after something like this?

So imagine a cosmo article ... how do you get your man to reverse his V ...
