Kerry McAvoy, Ph.D. I am now. I live in the Texoma areas and genuinely love it immensely. The people are the nicest I have ever met in my travels. The geographic area reminds me of Napa Valley, with the Texas heat. I have a horse farm with lots of animals, and as I told natives in the area.
Once we settled down after the move of all the animals and making of the house, my body “felt” like I arrived home for the first time. I prefaced with my mother and father of how much I miss and love my birth city of Cleveland, Ohio, and I miss it very much, but there was something with the land that grounded me. It was because I moved to hear I started the healing process in my soul, mind, and boy.
Also, the stereotypes and beliefs of Texans that people think are 100% wrong, but unless you live here, you don’t know. Then the women are so independent and secure in their femininity and life on top of it. It is a slice of heaven.
Wellbeing, a Texan woman, you only deserve the best that is out there!
