I am sorry you feel this way, and thank you for sharing what resources you have seen.
The awful but plain as day situation is now that you have found your true self, the nasty thing is being a man puts a large bullseye on you.
Where women have built a group community and team environment, men do not have the same things. If you look at the women’s movements since the 19th century, where men are at is probably around 1890’s if we use the woman’s suffrage movements to understand this.
That means for guys like us (I am a CIS Male, pansexual, demisexual, with a CIS female very hetero and conservative wife) we won’t see it in our lifetimes, but the children of the Gen Z may.
My advice is to pay attention and work and find guys that you feel you can communicate with and trust and build a small and tight tribe and work from there.
You do have the advantage of knowing what a good and healthy community looks like, so for guys that care you are a person to learn from.
