I so very much agree with this, as I shared in the past there is an extra energy and buzz you get and it is amp'd up a lot more when you are with a partner doing this.

I read somewhere in a journal that a person gets the same boost when giving pleasure as receiving. So there is definitely a bumped boost when giving lots and waiting a little bit or more :)

I had to cut back on a lot of things as of late to make sure my psyche didn't get crushed to badly and I needed the personal self love lately to keep things non-negative, but I look forward to ramping that up again soon as I exit the madness of life and processing things!
