I would be fine with equal accountability; however, when people then take it to the next level about masturbation … it derails the discussion.

E.g. impregnate a woman and not financially responsible, then great time to be forced to have a vasectomy.

If society feels that boys and men do not have the ability to father children, then maybe do the vasectomy before they can start having children, and a right of passage would be to reverse it.

Food for thought though on the last aspect, I think society would learn that very small percentages of men actually desire to have children, and then sexual power dynamics would shift.
