If you use a laptop as a desktop, get a laptop cooler to help keep the fans from running in the chassis "and" to help keep the battery healthy.

Also, know your work cycle. If you have one of the newer M1 Pro/Max ... get the 140 watt charger as you will be able to run 100% on power. I have found my workloads e.g. that exceed 100 watts and with a 9x watt charger .... guess what!
