In fact I would love to see a lot more men in education, nursing, and some other fields where women have a vast majority.

Definitely so much of this, equality should be in this mix, and frankly in school they should teach girls self defense courses and to mix it up, I highly suggest that they have older girls teach younger boys.

Why? Then boys learn that a girl can kick their ass and conversely understand the value of respect.

What do you do by default with the boys, teach them cooking and basic skills, and in turn turn around and teach younger girls and women these same skills.

It may seem silly, but IMO these little things would help educate society and boys/men better then the lack of everything done now.

So yes yes yes to all of that, and for guys they might learn how amazing liberated and women that feel safe and independent would really be.

Then men could learn to attack their internalized fears and beat back those demons with the knowledge it is ok to have feelings and emotions.
