In general no, I base my judgements in people based upon the trust and actions they do when given power and responsibility.

If the action is due to the fact she needed it for basic human sustenance, then the intent was a good one and we need to figure out how to help and give the person the opportunity to regain the trust and action and improve their ability to ask for help.
