it does effect men as you call out, but we also need to be real about it. Men who are pro-choice along with women, need to push back hard on the pro-natal, pro-forcedBirth, anti-abortion and state.

You have to codify:

1. Child Abandonment for me who leave pregnant women

2. Felony Murder for men who are criminally charged with abortion

3. DNA typing of babies of incest and rape, and warrantless requirements for accused men to give up DNA. Then put on death row.

4. Any Woman with pregnancy has a zero cost zero deductible reproductive costs from inception to 1 year after birth for normal genetic free babies, and life for those compromised

5. To protect men in marriages, instant dissolvability of marriages for women have children that are not their husbands (presuming he didn't consent).

Safe Haven for non-married women for children until 18.

Accountability is required, where men do need protecting as you state; however, men need to have the same risk and concerns women have.

Make note it already happened in Ohio. 10 year old girl had to run to Indiana before the laws were gone to abort a rape.

This may seem harsh, but lets be real, the pendelum has swung and the results are binary now. If exculsions and care were made to provide safe space situation for the henious and other bits, we could work out a solution.

But women and especially underage girls can die during birth, the burden on them are far greater then the fears of men.
