It is a hard one to mandate and attempt in our country. I do agree with your view something needs to be done, and maybe now that Pfizer is FDA approved, a law or bill could be made providing funding to cover for this.

But can you image paying a CEO's salary for two days times two and the shot time? That is the unintended consequence that would come from this, and then the costs would roll down into the customer "or" the government would have to fund it.

The Work Until Death has everything to do with the piss poor job our legislators have done, and the voters for not voting effectively for decades. We allowed outsourcing on a massive scale and allowed all the workers "rights" to move to China.

We have to compete against China, which oddly can force it's citizens to get vaccinated. So do we live and act like China or the USA?

Please do understand this is not a "I agree with you but whatever view". If folks didn't politicize this vaccination attempt in the same way that happened in the late 19th and early 20th century, we would not be talking about this in the here and now.

We would have herd immunity, and even when Delta came in it would have fizzled. The sad part is people love their beliefs and talking about silicon snake oil cures after they were infected instead of building something "more sustainable".

It saddens and sickens me we are in this situation, and you are absolutely right ... the fear of being knocked out ill is a factor in not getting vaccinated.
