It is a special kind of hell as I fought that battle of sleeping no more then 2-3 hours a night to being able to do so 6-8 now.

But it took doctors, sleep studies, CPAP and allergy meds to manage it. It took a lot of listening to your body knowing it has issues and isn't running right or smooth.

Fun fact ... you know you can have 8.25 hours of sleep with all the right metrics but if you wake up in the middle of it and are unrestful for 45 minutes, you can actually feel worse then a night with 6hr of sleep?

Sleeping is like exercise it has to be learned and it requires good work with your body, heart, mind and soul .... (e.g. drinking enough water).

I have been having issues as of late, with a lot of them to do with the horrible crap that so many little boys in power have done to women. I feel the anger welling up, but I also know I am no good to my loved ones or women if I blow up like those imbiciles.

So anxiety will kick in which reduces sleep quality ...

So one needs to take the time and energy to do what is right for you and your loved ones and friends. Then you will sleep well at night .... and with any hope ... some really fun dreams :D
