Just be happy and go and hit the goals that you want to do, when you want to do them, the way you want to do them ... or .... just eat queso and drink beer and put your hand down the lip of your sweatpants "Al Bundy" style ....
Save the energy of prepping and spend it on you and your mental health and self love. Fantasize the way you want, and only spend enough energy keeping an eye around you for safety and to see if anyone is paying attention, but the important thing is "nothing more".
Why the latter? Because it is is low energy, low impact way of letting people notice you aren't a hermit, but they own the responsibility of making the first move and it better well be respectful.
Then let yourself heal and relax.
