If she was abusive and short to him, then he should have just mailed it back to her and kept a tracking number.

If she was truly nasty a great response back would be ... You are right I may not be the prettiest on the outside, but it grossly better then your insides. Have a nice life and may you meet the nice guys at your level.

Gentlemen also have boundaries and when they are crossed civically, then response are aok.
