My view is what you do in your apartment especially if it is above the first floor has no restrictions. Anyone that actively looks into another home's window does not have the right to claim consent violation as they are the person trespassing within the personal space of the owner/renter.

The logic IMO follows the same presence that some folks have used with men looking at women that dress seductively and claim harm.

Be free and open, one wonders if more people had too interact with one another naked from childhood up if sex and the issues between the genders would be reduced since the "naughty" taboo kick would be reduced.

Then gasp, maybe those with closed minds and judgmental attitudes would learn that the ugliness inside would also be seen clear as day.
