Of course those acts that break all ties with humanity {murder, rape, abuse (body, trust, mind)} are what I call fatal acts, which require justice.

The question then if those acts happen, is how the person actively manages the damage and atones.

99% of the time those folks are so far gone, they will never come back, and in reality "never atone", but the option has to be left open.

If one makes 99% = 100%, then one needs to realize they live and love with conditions, and as such will never be able to truly love. This is ok, and doesn't make them less human, just not full formed.

Some people though through repetitive action over and over never humanize and realize, and become nothing more, than a raw animal (like a rabid dog with rabies).
