Oh god yes. Last great argument into the great unknown was over masks. Meme showing folks in a stand in 1910 wearing masks.

I post references including one that called out one about a doctor who literally saved thousands from smallpox and was focused on a study about mask effectiveness. Posted the article and the article sourcing data on masks and their effectiveness.

Masks don't work. That was the synopsis of this persons argument. I countered him and stated to "please" learn how to comprehend better (make note of the better). I told him your use of the word "work" which you insinuated all masks don't work is really about mask effectiveness and I showed him another link describing what I meant (counter was I talked to down to him).

I also said, if P100 masks didn't work why do oil workers wear them so they don't die?

Counter point I was fat and a variety of other things including how I was wrong etc etc.

Quoted in 1930 like this meme they didn't etc etc.

My comment is proof #1 you can't comprehend, the meme is about 1910, you pontificate about 1930.

I got a PM asking to talk more since I showed him the light ... I was like why bother, because you know I am "edutated" .... (purposely misspelled).

I have used more "I just can't" and walked away from so many conversations and just SMDH ...
