Since you know the end date of the current event, journal every day the positives and joys you see. Focus on the happy thoughts. Purchase a 2nd journal and only put your fears and sadness in it.
Keep both, but always read the warm and happy thoughts, and if the "sad" book disappears ... oh well.
Life is about birth, life, renewal, and death.
Appreciate what you do have and live with and through those moments. Those are the things to remember, the pain and suffering should help you push up the good....
