Sounds like the monogamy contract is up for rediscussion. If she agrees with it she should require active STD tests and he has to wear a condom for future sex with her . Also she gets free passes too. If she wishes to keep monogamous and then she should request free time away for her benefit. E.g. week trip to some place nice where he takes time off to be a single dad.
