Thank you every night when I count down from 4 and up to 8 and meditate, I try to send some love, energy, and desire to the people who have touched me.

I am no practitioner of these fine arts; I am just a man. But I do see a ring of light some nights as I drift to sleep.

As a side note, through my awesome therapist's help, I have had several kundalini experiences and count the blessings every time it has happened.

I know and I wish and hope the most positive consent, respect, and love I have tried to send my positive masculine sexual energy to women who are in deep need. If my core special strength is in poetry from the heart and you feel inspired I hope it is my muse and angelic partner touching those at a distance.
