That is the goal as I see it (for guys that are wise enough to follow what GB says). Picture a partner taking the time and energy to consistently and reliably make sure that his female partner who doesn't orgasm from PIV orgasms all the time.

If PIV is desire then the two of them can explore "occasionally" toys and methods to increase the sensitivity (or to reduce any discomfort) to allow this to maybe happen in a good way.

Sexual intimacy is a wide ranging set of fun, a woman shouldn't feel 1/2 complete per societies standards if the yum they push creates yuck.

On the flip side, when she takes charge and helps her partner achieve his pleasure, imagine the fun of finding the ways in a non PIV to make him go yum.
