The most powerful thing a man can do is to respect women and earn their trust. The next thing is to be vulnerable without pushing their trauma on others.

Then realize they need to be good partners and support and with that comes equality which needs to be proven every day.

Women bear and support life and take all the risk. Men that don't respect that are not worthy of being in the same space and place ever.
