The only way the media will not use the court of opinion is when they are sued for slander and they are forced to lose big.

Victims of assault have the hardest time coming forward, and need as much confidence and backing to come forward.

The issue is when media and other outlets do this for buck and get it wrong. Why? Because the fear they create in being wrong, actually make it harder for victims to feel safe in areas that maybe ok.

If he is innocent, I hope he sues.
