Things haven't changed, and the real reality from a male POV is in 2021 the same amount of tools for men in dealing with their emotions and sexuality and gender are the same as they were in 2008-2010 and in the 1980s and in the 1950s and in the 19th century.

Stoicism for which quite a few biological males have strengths to is not a bad thing; however, it has to be balanced and used and exercised.

Traditional masculinity is not evil or bad, it is the toxic culture within masculinity that ties itself to the blind spots within traditions within men which can be harnessed for the good.

This requires males helping males become real men, and women can have a part; however, it is from the sidelines providing guidance as an ally and not an advocate. Just as men should do the same in areas of femininity.

This work requires trust, and if women on a whole don't trust men. Imagine how it would feel if a woman couldn't trust other women at the same time.
