Totally agree. Women are definitely pushing (in a good way) for conversation which is needed. What I believe is the frustrating part is we have decades of (and I will use a technical phrase) technical debt which stymie the ability to have meaningful conversation. One side gets frustrated, the other gets tense, angry, impatient (whatever :) ), and it all shuts down.

I am lucky that my wife is beyond uber brilliant, the problem is it does lead to issues in conversation since the patience time expires before meaningful dialogue happens.

Then boom :)
