Very much agree. I believe {note the word} that for women in heterosexual relationships with guys that are more passive, it is 100% due to confidence and a struggle to communicate effectively.

For some take charge and lead folks, they forget that if a person is following, they have to “let go” and let the person executing or making the decision to do it on their own and not criticize or over-pontificate every step.

One should be clear, be concise, and be direct and not internalize …
