Virtual fist bump. Until I moved to Texas and my severe allergies when worse (due to the environment [i.e. if I moved to Nordic country or the Bahamas ... 0 allergies for me])

Once I understood what allergies, inflammation and all that felt like with the drugs that went with ... it is a level of pain that sucks, so I feel for your personal hell even if your problems are epically worse.

It so pains me as a guy that fought out of a man box, to see a woman-box being maintained around high quality women like yourself. It sucks and makes me angry and makes me want to cry and say grr.

But I bet if you had a US$ for every suggestion over exercise and simplistic diet you would say yeah baby thanks ... here is your money back in rubles.

I know it is probably not worth much, but do realize I cheer you on from a distance and I hope and wish for your best success and life. You deserve it 110%.
