We do need balance, the problem is how do we minimize the cost in P/L and productivity or conversely how do we penalize companies external to the US who don’t follow the same rules.

America is getting it’s ass handed them and while rights and equality is “not pie”, the real reality is time, resources, and energy is and there may not be enough of it around to realize the two hands to four means twice as many pies.
