Word choice matters greatly and calling a person with the required pre-requisites should always be ok (i.e. saying i.e. a person is a transgender woman etc.

As always it comes down to intent, Chappelle did a skit for money and it is his job/livelihood. So it offers him some protection, but in another way it doesn't because he does it for money also.

I believe transgender women can get the worst of both worlds. They can be persecuted as a CIS woman, and be seen as horrible as a CIS man. It is probably a path no person would want to actively choose in a traditional and patriarchal based society.

There are quite a few people as the pandemic slowly rages on that are delusional because they have become detached from reality and living within their echo chamber.

Fluidity and no assumptions should be the goal, but in today's hard markers it isn't easy.
